I live in San Diego, California with my cat, Zane (AKA my handsome boy). I’m actively and beginning-to-be desperately looking for work. It’s rough out there! After over 15 years in book publishing, I left due to burnout after unsuccessfully juggling both work and taking care of my dad. I’d like to get back into publishing in some different capacity, but haven’t had much luck thus far. As a backup plan of some sort, I’ve been taking online courses and completed a digital marketing course & e-commerce certificate and am nearly done with a project management certificate. When I’m not applying for jobs or taking courses, I like to play tennis, read, travel (when I have $$), do crafty projects, cook, bake, and write.

I figured that this would be a good way to put forth ideas and thoughts, figure out how to use WordPress, and get more comfortable with the public seeing my writing.
